Today I received a much needed resource, maps of the Mississippi River. Click here if you want to order maps before your journey. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources were very friendly and helpful and it didn’t cost me a dime to order the maps. These maps have very valuable information on them that may save your life. Below is a few examples of the content.
Further down the river, outside of Minnesota I’ll need maps from the Army Corps of Engineers. I downloaded the maps I needed directly to my phone for ease of viewing. I can’t tell you how to order those maps but if I find out I’ll update with a link.
