Another windy day but I did managed to bathe without freezing to death. The video of the buzzard explains why I took a dip in 68° weather. 😋Yes, I just rinse off in the ocean. Some people say the saltwater is good for you. I know it helps heal my wounds. Unfortunately, it does leave a salty residue on you but that’s ok with me.
A boat with two couples from Orlando visited today and shared some of the best smoked fish dip and guacamole I’ve had in Florida! They were fun to talk to and very interested in my adventure. It’s great meeting so many wonderful people on these trips. Everyone should try talking to each other. Hell, start with your neighbor. You don’t have to be best friends. Just be nice to each other.
Anyway, it was another relaxing day. Tomorrow I need to get into town to buy 2 more gallons of water. It’s very remote where I’m heading to next and water resupply won’t be an option for at least 5 days. Cellphone service may not work either so just in case you don’t hear from me, I’m out of range. Hopefully that’s not the case.
